Cobra Faction Code of Conduct.

Cobra faction rules active from 4th August 2010:

All members, by joining Cobra, agree to all rules of conduct posted on this page.

*All rules are subject to change, with or without prior notice, at the faction leader’s discretion.*

*All rules will be enforced by the faction leader and his/her representing officers. Anyone found to be in violation of these rules may/may not be subject to disciplinary procedure at the acting officer’s discretion.*

• All members upon joining Cobra are expected to register to the forums and contribute thier oppinions and experiences in faction chat and in the active topics on the forum.
  
  
• When registering to the faction forums all must use thier in-game name to avoid any confusion in the future.
  
  
• All Members are to respect each other. Any disagreements within the faction are to be sorted out swiftly and maturely. In the event a disagreement cannot be resolved an officer of Cobra will step in and disciplinary action may me taken towards any members involved.
  
  
• Faction chat is NOT the place for arguments, it involves avoidable tension in the faction and invites other members to unnecessarily join an argument and/or take certain sides. Make a squad, join a private chat room or use private messaging.
  
  
• Please keep faction chat as clean as possible, we may have younger players and other members that may be easily offended, and by using only English language only when typing in faction chat.
  
  
  
• You, while wearing the Cobra faction name above your head, are a representative of Cobra. You are therefore required to uphold an acceptable manor of behavior in world chat and when in squads.Also we will not stand for any harassment of any member about there sex there race religion and so on any harassment of any nature will result in you been booted from the faction regardless who they are any member who finds that they are being subject to this please take a screen shot and Email me at cobrafaction@hotmail.com I will deal with it.
  
  
• On entering an FB run and/or a Bounty Hunter instance (Where wines have been paid for by another player) All 3 star and mold drops are to be handed over instantly to the player who received the tabs/the player who paid for the wines. Any other agreements must be made before starting the instance.
  
  
• Cobra are a helpful faction and will aid you when you are in need. We will not however finish every one of your quests for you.Cobra will be on hand to help with any quests that may be to difficult for you to attempt alone including boss killing quests, spiritual cultivation bosses and FB runs.
  
  
• Cobra will not help freeloaders. All members are expected to uphold an acceptable level of helpfulness within the faction. Any player found to either be freeloading will be asked to leave the faction.
  
  
• Bounty Hunter (BH) quests will be up to you to find a squad to complete. You may ask for help in faction chat for other members seeking a squad for the same BH and other, higher levels may assist you although they are not obliged to.
  
  We are a pk faction but some rules have to be followed anyone who takes part in pk must use gurdian scrolls or have SL set at all times
  the faction will not be replace or be responsable for any lose of gear.PLEASE do not pk each other thats just plan silly that means no pking at the end of sq runs or bhs or fbs and if you join other sqs from other factions do not pk them at the end of run.If you do u may be kicked from faction.
  
  
• Any member found to be in violation of these rules of conduct can and will be subject to any disciplinary procedure thought necessary by the acting officer.
  
  
• Any member to witness any violation of these rules of conduct are to report the occurrence immediately to any online officer. It is essential that all reports of violation to the rules of conduct are supported by screenshot(s) clearly showing the offenders name and their disobedience in full.
  
  
• All reports of violation to the rules of conduct will be acted upon in the strictest confidence. Your will never be mentioned unless absolutely necessary to avoid further complications.
  
  
• It is to the faction leader’s discretion that any member, under any circumstance, may be removed from the faction without any prior notice or warning.
  
  
• The faction leader's word is final. Any member to oppose a decision can private message the leader directly, expressing their concerns. Following this the faction leader is under no obligation to change any decision made by themselves on the opposed matter.
